Matcha azuki kinako mille crepes

Recipe from スイスの教課書
- crepes are thin but still too elastic and rubbery in texture
- Surface is not browned
- Too little cream on each layer ( very short cake although there are 20 layers of crepes)
- Use creme with custard another time..better suit
- cream became too hard when cooled
>>> beat the cream to softer peak next time ( 70%)
