Strawberry shortcake with roll cake sponge

used the same recipe as the orange blueberry roll but changed:

- soft flour reduced to 60g

- beat for longer time until it becomes quite stiff

Results:

Porous, thick, breaks apart easily

Critics:

Not fluffy enough. not moist

---> should add butter
