いもうとの二十一歳の誕生日ケーキ

Rilakkuma roll with strawberry, kiwi, banana and custard purin.
Decoration: cream, strawberry with icing and rilakkuma butter cookie



To prevent the patterns from being torn away from the sponge:
-oil the baking pan and also the baking sheet really well
- bake the patterns under 1 min ( for 50 sec)
-Bake sponge for 13 min to get a nice light color
- Tear the baking sheet away from the sponge asap after gettin it out of the oven

Decorating cream:
Whip up to 90% stiffness

Filling cream:
Whip to 80% stiffness
