Purin





Baked for 15 min but actually supposed to be 30 min . End up the purin is too soft and when taken out of the cup, it disintegrated。

Notes:
Cook caramel with water
Oil the cups
Sieve the egg mixture then use kitchen paper to clean the surface
Bake for 30 min
Immersed in water bath of around 60 c
